“Great hotel close to Historic Cuenca, staff was excellent and accommodating above and beyond normal. Room was spacious with great views. Hotel was very tastefully contemporary and felt safe. Only minor complaint was mattress was stiffness. I like a firm mattress but these were firmer than usual. I would still return to hotel though.”
