“it is an old hotel. The only advantage is the room is big. Other than that, it is horrible. Right from the start, the road to the hotel is extramely dangerous. It is one steep slope and one lane only and with a curve. You never know if there is a car coming down from the the other side. The room is smelly to say the least. In room 206, the water is leaking all the time. It smells like someone's foot. It is not near any restaurant or convenient shops. And when you drive out and before reach the main road, you can't see if there are oncoming cars, the view is blocked by roadside bushes, you are taking a chance with your life....”

“Aging property in a quiet area. Only suitable for self driving with limited public transit access. Large room but not well maintained. Breakfast was shown as included when booking but was told not free anymore since April 1st. However I booked long before that date. Feel a bit dishonest for policy change after booking.”

“Overall, the hotel was fine. The location isn’t exactly the best—it takes about 1.5 hours by train to get to Tokyo. The hotel itself is very clean and nice, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
