Hotel is in a great central location, and it’s clean and modern. The rooms are nice but they’re small, and didn’t have a great view. The air conditioning didn’t work, and we had to move rooms - but then it didn’t work in the second room either. The staff was dismissive about the issue when we went to the front desk and told us it was normal (even though it wasn’t), and overall they weren’t very helpful.
This hotel was lovely. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. We also loved the rooftop restaurant!
The hotel is in a prime location in Old Montreal, allowing guests to walk to many local attractions. The hotel is well appointed and welcoming; valet parking is easy (not often the case in this part of town). The staff is exceptional and professional. There is a high level of attention to detail around every corner. We did not eat there, but we did have a cocktail at the rooftop bar, which was delicious. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency. The reception manager was kind enough to issue a refund for our night. I would highly recommend this property as a frequent traveler to Montreal.
