“The room was small but I didn't mind that. the problem I had with the hotel was that the television only has one channel for the time being or you can watch is channel which is very irritating. the second thing which was even worse was the refrigerator done was not working and I put items in there and when I went to take it out it was all all warm. I mentioned this to the front desk clerk, I was told that they will have someone to look at it the next day and that never happened. I did send a text message to Expedia to ask if I could recoup my money back for that one night stay because it was not satisfying nor was it accommodating. As of this time I have not heard anything back from Expedia.”

“Excellent stay in Sao Filipe. Every single hotel staff were incredible, friendly and welcoming. Great location, only a 5/10 minute walk into town and hotel pool and dining area was lovely and relaxing. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. Big thank you to Gilson and Ailton! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again. ”

“Pool needs better maintenance. Filters not working properly so pool foggy. Bathroom in desperate need of updates. Beds hard and super uncomfortable. Staff is excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Room cleaned well daily. Excellent views of the ocean and the Island of Brava. Sunsets are amazing. Potential to be an excellent hotel with some maintenance and upgrades.”
