Positive:
Wonderful location, a minute away from a beautiful town square with restaurants and cafes. Beautiful bay "Härnösandfjärd" with tables and chairs not very far away. Quaint hotel, with a big room and comfortable bed. Has a shared kitchen and communal area if you want to socialize in a bigger group. Some 10-20 minutes walk from the train station. Welcoming attitude from staff.
Negative:
A bit run down, shower smelled a bit. Perfectly acceptable if you want a basic hotel and don't want luxury. No bacon at the breakfast.
Summary: Beautiful location and a nice basic hotel with everything with you need and more

central location, brilliant breakfast, spacious rooms, all day free coffee/tea/hot chocolate as well as cookies, clean & tidy
Negative:
reception was not occupied (entrance via code - received on the day of arrival - no issues here), building itself is rather old (seems like a former office building)
