“PLUS:
- Nice room
- Close to the central station
- Old historical building
- Comfortable bed
- Nice courtyard
MINUS:
- Staff needs training. I booked the hotel partly because it has a gym and pool. Staff doesn't know how guests can access the gym/pool so couldn't exercise the first day. Later on another staff member gave the right code. Went to the gym and the machines are old and squeaky. It's all very dusty and the pool is under renovation. This wasn't mentioned anywhere. Not even when I was heading to the gym/pool area, did the staff inform me. I had to find out myself that the pool area was under construction.
- Very bad internet
- Crumbs on the sofa
- On my last day, the luggage that I had asked them to store after checkout had disappeared and I almost missed my train as I helped the poor new staff member in the reception try to figure out where my bags are. After many calls and investigations, we found my luggage in a storage room where no other bags were.
- The sound isolation in the rooms is horrible so you can hear everything going on outside which makes it difficult to sleep.
All in all, bad value for money.
The staff needs training and is very unmotivated.
Would not recommend this hotel.”
