The size of the room, location.
Negative:
The WIFI was virtually non existent. We were made to pay to use the microwave, boil water for tea each time. I have strong feeling there is something not right. The staff there, especially the guy that works there wanted me to pay more than the local currency amount I was charged on booking.com. I was charged N155, 190 but he added money on top and to make me pay N168,000. You get different information from the staff.

Location is perfect. Serene environment. Staff are warm and cordial. There's steady power supply. What's not to love?

Shower was faulty and the water was just trickling down. Bath time was frustrating.

The location was perfect, it wasn't difficult getting around town and back to the motto park I travelled with. The light was constant. The AC was functional.
Negative:
The only issue I had was the restaurant wasn't fully functional.
