Hunters Meet | Hotel in Hatfield Heath, England

Hunters Meet is a family-run hotel in Hatfield Heath, a quiet village setting in Bishops Stortford with easy access to Stansted Airport, the M11 motorway, and Bishop's Stortford Railway Station. From the property, you are close to the rhythm of the area while looking out over historic Hatfield Heath, with central London reachable by train from the station when your plans take you farther afield. The setting is practical and well connected, but still feels grounded in the village itself, which gives this stay a distinctly local character. Inside, the experience is shaped by simple comforts and space to settle in. Free Wi-Fi and on-site parking make arrivals straightforward, while the restaurant focuses on home-cooked dishes made with locally sourced produce. After a day in transit or around town, the bar and garden offer an easy place to slow down, and the leisure center adds a heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and spa treatments available at an additional cost. Guests can also use the facilities free of charge, which gives the stay a more relaxed pace without asking you to plan around it. Hunters Meet works well if you want a hotel stay that keeps daily logistics clear. The combination of parking, dining, wellness facilities, and access to the wider Bishops Stortford area makes it easy to move between airport transfers, local errands, and quieter evenings back at the property. It is the kind of stay that feels familiar from the start, with enough comfort and convenience to make your time in Hatfield Heath feel composed and easy to remember.
