The room was fairly clean but the room and corridor did not look like it had been vacuumed properly when we arrived. We had a difficult situation where neither of us could sleep because of the sound of a tumble drier at 2am. We went to speak to reception about it and they were quite rude, they agreed to switch it off. We spoke to reception again the next day and they said it wouldn't happen again, but we weren't given anything as an apology. Reception was often not attended although it says 24/7 reception and they were often watching videos etc. and not particularly helpful. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains were effective and the air con in the room nice and strong.
Lovely garden if you pick those rooms. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Would definitely recommend staying there.
