“It was not fancy, but it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was my best night sleep on this trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. Don't expect a fridge, microwave, or coffee in the room, but it was worth to get such a nice hotel for the price. If you get there after eight, no one will be there to check you, so make arrangements before you get there.”

“The staff was nice and very friendly both in the reception and in the restaurant. However, our room was very dirty. There was leftovers from snacks on the floor and under the bed and one of the bed was stained with something looking like coffee on the sheets and the blanket.”

“We were there for just one night, but everything was fine, from checking in to checking out. Nice view of the mountain, which we visited the day after.”

“This hotel is a quick 3 minute train ride from the centre of Innsbruck. It has a couple of supermarkets nearby and even a couple of restaurants. The room was clean and tidy with housekeeping available daily if wanted. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.”

“A short 20 minute bus journey from the center of Innsbruck. The hotel is nice but there is nothing nearby. Remember to ask the staff for your free bus pass so you can go to Innsbruck.”

“The room was clean and functional, but no Tea and coffee making facilities. Beds seemed small and not the most comfortable 2 nights sleep that we’ve had. Location was useful for us but was in a ln industrial area. Nice Mountain View’s when looking past that. Shop next door and Spar down the road were particularly well placed and useful. Reception staff sort of friendly and helpful but only when asked a question - they didn’t volunteer information, for example, the free Wattens card enabling free bus travel and reduced entry fees to some places of interest. The bar/lounge closed at 7.30 and they even turned off the lights when we were still seated in the area. Close proximity to Innsbruck and bus station only a short walk away. Lovely Italian restaurant a 5 min walk away but again, hotel staff failed to tell us this when asked for recommendations of local restaurants but it was fantastic with amazing food & friendly welcome! So, unlikely to recommend or re visit.”

“One night stay overall good but didn’t like that we had to pay for parking. Should be included free of charge for guests. Also didn’t like that they close the lobby so early by 8pm so guests have to go and find the info they leave out in order to find your room key to check-in. In case of any emergencies or questions, you’re on your own. And the location a bit noisy. Our room was towards the backside where we could hear the busy road.”

“Stayed for 1 night. The hotel is located in an industrial area between Innsbruck and Hall. To get to Hall you need to go by bus or car. They gave us drink vouchers for a restaurant in Hall that were not accepted by the waiter. The room was ok in size but not cleaned properly. There was a smoshed cookie in one of the cabinets and food items under one bed. Staff was ok and breakfast was ok. Car charging was offered but the price was very high. 25 EUR for 4 hours which would be ridiculous for a hybrid with a 11Kw battery.”
