I stayed here because I was seeing a show at the melody tent. The hotel was convenient. It was a bit dated but the room was clean. I would stay here again for future shows.
I paid for a Jacuzzi that had bugs and
I would like to share my honest feedback about our stay. We specifically booked a non-smoking room because I have a severe allergy to cigarette smoke. Although my husband is a smoker, he always smokes outside because he knows I cannot be around cigarette smoke or even the smell of it. Unfortunately, our room had an extremely strong cigarette odor, and the hallway also smelled heavily of marijuana. The smell inside the room was so strong that it triggered a severe allergic reaction. The day after our stay, I had to go to the hospital because my symptoms became so bad. The medical staff asked if I smoked, and I explained that I do not. My lungs were in very poor condition, and I believe the constant exposure to the cigarette smoke odor in the room contributed to my reaction. We also had an issue with the jacuzzi bathtub. Only the hot water worked—the cold water did not, so we were unable to use it properly. We chose a non-smoking room specifically to avoid this situation, so this was very disappointing. I hope these issues are addressed so that future guests do not have the same experience.
