Summary: We had a clean room however the bathroom door would not slide shut or open. It was weird having to use the restroom with the door not closing and family staying in the same room. I also wished they had some type of curtains. I mean who wants to wake up at 6am on mini trip.

Summary: Clean, spacious room. Delicious breakfast with a large variety of choices. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Convenient location near ISU. Only disappointment was the pool was closed for renovation. My granddaughter was quite sad and seeing her tears, the woman at reception went the extra mile and gave her a huge chocolate chip cookie.

The only downside was that the water pressure in the shower was pretty weak and could use some improvement. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay again.

Summary: Free parking was a huge plus! The hotel was beautiful, very well kept and clean. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious, and well stocked and the dining area was clean and well attended.
Only downside was the tvs are not smart TVs. We had to take a quick trip and purchase a roku to he able to watch the football game. If we ever find ourselves staying in the area again, we will definitely be looking here for availability first!

Summary: We checked in September 9/10/2026. The person working the front desk was fabulous. Cannot speak enough high praises for the level of service given above and beyond!!!! the room was clean however, when we checked in, we were told there would be a bar and restaurant open for patrons. Neither were open, which goes into the front desk a person going above and beyond this person worth the bar and also prepared us a meal at the restaurant because the person who was supposed to work or people called in sick. Kudos to this person above and beyond. So here we are the next morning going to catch a train on Amtrak across the street which is why we stayed here. Starbucks was completely closed, which was supposed to open at 6 AM and we were supposed to have a free breakfast and the restaurant was not open which was supposed to be open prior to us going I believe at 6:30. I feel we were duped a little bit with the amenities I promised and paid for and would like a refund.

Summary: Room was clean and very quiet.
Breakfast was not very good.
No eggs in the buffet and the mixed fruit did not taste good. There was bread and bagels but there was no toaster to toast them.
The French toast that was out did not looked cooked enough.
Would not recommend the break buffet.

Summary: Clean room, staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was in a parking garage across the street from the hotel. It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Uptown Normal and ISU. The Starbucks located right around the corner from the front desk was extremely convenient.
