The oatmeal in the breakfast was not warm/hot. And the bodywash had run out when we checked into our room. But overall a nice stay. The lobby was too cold for our comfort - but that's a personal preference to some extent. Would come again.

Excellent stay! Front desk clerk was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was good, everything was clean. I would stay again if I the area.

The accommodations were good, the TV’s in the lobby and in my room constantly lost signal.

Perfect location for our needs! Parking garage wonderful as we had high clearance truck. Easy walk to the square for dinner!

Hotel itself was nice. Good location, and comfortable bed. Clean rooms and good shower. Breakfast was decent. I would’ve rated this place as excellent, but the TVs were malfunctioning in the hotel. Constantly cutting out. Malfunctioning TVs probably would’ve been a dealbreaker had I known in advance. Probably couldn’t recommend this place until they get that resolved.

Really clean rooms/bathroom, bed was comfortable. They were having issues with the tv service because of the weather but it’s not the end of the world. Only real issue is the room was not as quiet as I would have liked as far as outside street noise. You can hear the cars down below and music coming from the fraternity’s across the street. Not much the hotel can do about outside noise so I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The area was super convenient to SKYPAC The hotel was clean. Breakfast was disappointing, so we went somewhere local and had a fabulous brunch. Would stay here again.

Easy check in and out with friendly staff. Our room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was better than some locations and better presentation overall. Quiet area with lots of restaurants and stores around. Easy free parking in Connecting garage. We had a great stay with no issues.

The bed was incredibly cozy, and I slept soundly throughout the night. The room itself was spotless, with everything in perfect condition. It was clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining its facilities. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the well-stocked amenities to the thoughtfully arranged furniture that maximized the space. The service was also outstanding. The employees were friendly, approachable, and always available to help with any questions or requests. It really felt like they cared about making my stay enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Place BG, for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and modern place to stay with excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!
