“Only complaint was very noisy on the floor my first night and next morning. Lots of families with slamming doors and yelling for over 2 hours starting 6:30am. Maybe families can stay in one section of hotel as a rule. It was hard to deal with”

“The room was perfect, the staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was good, we had some mocktails at the bar, and the bartender was wonderful.”

“Love the room. Bed was too comfortable. I have back issues and the mattress on the bed let me sleep like a baby! And the pillows were awesome!”

“Staff were nice and even though prior reviews said it was not clean, the place was clean and requests for additional things were fulfilled quickly. Yes, it’s not a brand new hotel so you will see the wear in the place but nothing that would be alarming. My only issue was regarding the breakfast. They will give you a check even if breakfast is included but all you need to do is sign and put your room number and it is taken care of. Wish they tell you this upfront but I asked and the staff were nice and polite about saying what to do. When checking out, i was charged for two for breakfast accidentally since it was included with my stay, but that was quickly and easily adjusted. Overall, yes I would choose to book here again.”

“The place was nice especially the rooms. I feel the building looks a little old and needs some renovation, like the elevators and some hallways. But the rooms were great.”
