“The pool on the roof was awesome! We saw the dolphins swimming in the river. There was a large crowd, but the Hyatt had folks on elevators, to keep them moving. Bed super comfortable”

“The hallways all have a scent situated in them. It was rough to have to breathe that in constantly while inside. If you have any breathing problems, you may want to consider a different property.
On a positive, everything else was great. They even had a m&m bar and free candies when I checked in.
The parking was a little wierd, the rooftop pool was awesome”

“Overall, good! However, we were on the 7th floor. Beautiful view! But the shower was backed up. When the sink was in use, the bathtub gurgled and a strong smell of methane gas came out of the sink. Updates are definitely NEEDED! The staff was all around amazing! All good point on! Would and will stay again!”

“Everything was great, the only downside was there were chairs and tables in the lobby that needed changing out, also some of the carpet was faded in certain areas!!! The Staff was awesome and all the other facilities were great!!!”
