Summary: Nice quaint little motel and restaurant. Like a lot of things on the area the building is very old. Room and bathroom were small but worked perfect! Restaurant and bar on site was a bonus as food and drink were very good! I would definitely stay there again!

Summary: Fantastic location, minutes away from Mad River Glen and Sugarbush’s Mt Ellen, and a quick ride up to Sugarbush’s Lincoln Peak. Waitsfield is also a quick ride up the road.
The inn itself is a beautiful farmhouse style setup, not many frills but all the basics. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The included breakfast is a great option to fill up when you want to avoid a $12 breakfast sandwich at the Sugarbush lodge. No frills here either but you get all the basics (eggs and omelets, pancakes, oatmeal, fruit) and it’s all done well.
The bar/restaurant is a definite highlight. Great food, tons of drink options including plenty of local VT craft beers, and great atmosphere! It does get crowded, especially weekends, so highly recommend a reservation for dinner.
All in all, a wonderful place to stay. And even if you don’t stay at the inn, definitely stop by for breakfast or a meal/drinks at the restaurant.
