Positive: Beautiful property, very friendly, helpful staff, easy walk into the centre, and great view towards the lake. Although no air con (it was exceptionally hot when we arrived) the rooms were cool, due to the high ceilings and fan provided.
Negative: The shower was very small, my husband struggled to fit into it. Although the bathroom was very big it needed a larger shower area.
Summary: Lovely hotel, friendly staff and great location

Positive:
The hotel is very cute and cozy and the staff are amazingly friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable with a lovely view. There is a small wine bar by the reception that I found extremely relaxing.
Negative:
While I found the location very suitable, it could be challenging for some since it's uphill so going back from downtown involves a good climb. There is however a bus stop right outside the hotel.
The two things the room lacked were a coffee machine and a mini bar.
