Positive: Perfect location for the beach across the street & walking into Old Antibe. The room was very comfortable, & the air conditioning worked well.
Breakfast every morning was the same, but very fresh & a good amount of choices. Staff were always friendly. We were able to borrow beach chairs & umbrellas, which was a huge plus for us.

Perfect location, in front of the beach and at walking distance of Antibes city center and old town. Staff is very accommodating, nice and spacious bedroom especially for the price. I had one of the cheapest ones which are on ground floor on the street side, the room have one small individual private and closed terrace which is very pleasant.

Everyone at the front desk was very nice, answered any questions we had and accommodated any request we had. The location is excellent and the coffee and warm croissant for breakfast was perfect before hitting the road. We were driving through France and I love staying at hotels with an ocean view and not only did we have an ocean view, but this hotel was very easy to get to and leave Antibes from in the morning.

Nothing we didn't like, everything was great.

The rooms(2)- although small - and bathrooms are nice and clean with full sea view ; Aircondition worked efficiently ; nice and clean sand-beach, not pebbles or rocks, with sunrise in front of the hotel ; Staffers are helpful and polite ; not too far to walk to the Old Town and places of interest.
Negative:
There is no elevator ,so having big luggages caused some difficulty.
Summary: Comfy, safe, enjoyable !
