Complimentary 10min massage is a nice touch.
Great housekeeping and staff.
Negative: Can't have a bathtub with the standard room, even if you ask nicely.
They require a very big deposit (10k PHP in my case), and it better be in cash (if not, it will take 1 month to be refunded) which is a major pain point for a foreigner.
Terrible wifi.
Summary: Fine hotel, but details are not right for a 5 star

Positive: Modern property and in a good location.
Negative: Wifi was horrible and very slow. I consumed all my roaming data because their wifi was unreliable. They should work on improving it. Also, the room’s toilet flush was leaking.
Summary: Breakfast was good. I would book again but hopefully this time their wifi should be improved.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities like spa and breakfast service were very nice.
Negative:
We made an add on booking and there was some confusion caused by this. Perhaps better pass over systems could be helpful. This was a very minor inconvenience.
