“Honestly I’ll never forget this, I had problems with my motor. The mechanic helpt me, not just a little but a lot!! We went together to the garage, not just once. He went there by himself to check while I wasn’t around. Without him I wouldn’t be driving now, Also the rest of the staff/ reception is really great. Nice people and very interrested in you. Rooms are what you expect from ibis. Good bed good shower and very clean. Location is good with 10 min you are in the centre. I stayed here longer than expected but without a doubt will come back when I am in Augsburg”

“Nice stay near the city centre, short walking distance from the train station, the room had all the basics one could ask for, from sockets to charge tech items to side bed lamps. Hot water and heating were working fine. Staff were friendly and accommodating, check in was done smoothly. ”

“this is a no-frills hotel chain but it is dependably clean and well run. We have stayed at this location several times. It has an under-ground parking garage which we like when we are traveling with our bicycles. The breakfast buffet is very good. If it is the time of year when you will want the window open, recommend that you request a room with windows that do not open onto the main street. ”
