“An overnight stay meant that we did not have any need of most of the hotels facilities. The garage parking was convenient and the front desk was efficient. While rather small, the room was fine for our needs. The hotel is very central in the city and should be suitable for rail travelers. ”

“We needed a stopover between Calais and Dordogne, so stayed at start and end of our main holiday.
very central for eating, and shops. however, even with directions difficult to find - hotel is in need of a bit of tender loving care, slightly shabby, but clean and staff very friendly and helpful. really good to have private parking in town centre. old parts of Chateauroux within easy walking, and very attractive.”
