“We made a reservation and paid online in advance. We arrived at dawn, but we were informed that our reservation had been canceled due to the late arrival, which was a serious mistake. We had booked the room for one night only so we could rest for a few hours before continuing our journey. After lengthy discussions, and despite how exhausted we were, they finally gave us the room.”

“The staff and parking facilities were satisfactory. The room was decent on the first day, but on the second day, we had to change rooms due to a strong odor. I believe this is a common issue in all Ibis hotels that have been renovated. ”

“Amazing staff so helpful. Everywhere was walkable distance. Having parking was a plus in a busy city ”

“Very helpful from front desk. Good breakfast, center location. Good price. We had good time. Highly recommended! ”

“The room was clean. Staffs are friendly. We walked everywhere we want. Good for family trip. Near to big shopping mall. ”

“Everything was fine ”

“Great location, once we had parked the car we didn’t need to use it till we left. Staff really helpful, everywhere very clean, they were constantly making sure the restaurant floor, areas and tables were clean. The choice of breakfast was great. We stayed for 3 nights and there was different hot choices everyday. I would definitely stay there next time we go back.”
