“I requested a room with a walk in shower. I did not request an accessible room. I arrived quite late in the evening. My room was on the ground floor. The bathroom was fully accessible and smelt horrible. I asked for my room to be changed but was told there are no other rooms! The room was a double but I was given 1 pillow. The room was pretty basic. I was charged more than the agreed reservation price(?!) I left without using the stinky shower and will not be returning. Complete rip off £125 for one night excluding breakfast”

“A very nice modern hotel. 12min drive to the airport. Rooms very clean and a great bathroom. No swimming pool. Breakfast costs extra. Would definitely stay there again if I fly to/from Marseille. ”
