ibis Muscat | Hotel in Al Khuwair

“The room was clean but bathroom missed a towel but they’ve made sure that we got the towels ! Had to call 2 times! Buffet breakfast and they have lunch and dinner for only a couple of rials , ps they have a shuttle airport taxi for 6-7 rials ”

“This hotel clearly does not meet the Accor or Ibis standards. Simple as that. The hotel bathroom was dirty, the carpets also. Overally, the hotel is tired and in need of renovation. Check in was very slow with no explanation of why it took 4 people working together to check us in. Breakfast is pointless as the choice is literally 7 options, 3 of which cereal. Although omelette is on demand. I stayed in an Ibis Budget in the early 2000's. This hotel is still that ... ”

“The staff were incredibly nice and nothing was too much trouble for them”

“Location”

“Well located, clean and enjoyable hotel. A good location to explore different parts of Muscat. Clean rooms and facilities and excellent service. Highly recommend.”

“A big beautiful place to stay.”

“Nice check in & clean and simple room”

“Very helpful staff”

“Room is clean and cold. ”

“The personal behavior was excellent—very friendly and warm. I even arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they still checked me in. I checked in almost four hours before the normal time. During the four nights I stayed at the hotel, everything was really good. The floor where my room was located was quiet, and the room was clean. Everything was great. Access to public transportation was relatively good, considering that public transport in Muscat is not very strong. However, the hotel’s location was about a 20-minute walk from the bus station, which really helped me get around the city. I highly recommend this hotel.”
