“This could be a really good hotel if the staff were better trained. Booking in involved one member of staff dealing with queueing guest whilst at least 3 other staff polished glasses and chatted behind the bar. Rooms are clean and a decent size. Our food order took just under an hour to arrive, which is poor. This was dealt with by the manger but tainted the whole experience.”

“The accommodation was as you would expect but in need of updating, we ate in the restaurant and the food was good. But the service was awful, we waited an hour for our food. The staff seemed in need of training but were very pleasant.”
