“IL Carmine is a former convent and a historic building. Beautiful architecture. Very nice restaurant. The rooms are on the smaller side but very clean with excellent ensuite bathrooms. Pillows and queen mattress were in great shape and ac worked well. The staff were very helpful and friendly. An excellent breakfast was provided in the price of the room as was free parking right in front of the hotel. We found Il Carmine to be an excellent value.”

“Stayed one night. But this little gem is in a perfect location, great parking right across the way. Breakfast was great too. Lovely hotel, lovely grounds would recommend ”

“Beautiful hotel. Room was clean and cozy. The bed was soft. The staff were friendly. We stayed mid October, during the off season, so the hotel restaurant was closed. I wish I would have know that in advance. Also, most restaurants were also closed for dinner in the area. Overall, good experience. ”

“We had a spacious room with sofas and chairs. Very easy once parked to get to the beautiful city. Forget google maps. Ring reception they were so helpful ”
