Positive: Our stay at il Mitro was truly wonderful and unforgettable! From the moment we arrived,we felt completely relaxed and welcomed.The apartments are beautiful,cozy and have such a special atmosphere that makes you feel at home.The highlight for us was definitely the amazing courtyard-such a beautiful,peaceful and charming space to relax and enjoy every moment.It really made our stay feel even more special.Another wonderful advantage was the location: the sea was only about a 15-minute walk away! Everything was perfect: the atmosphere,the comfort,the cleanliness and all the little details that made our experience so enjoyable.It is a place we will remember with warm feelings and we would absolutely love to come back one day. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

We spent a wonderful holiday in a beautiful and comfortable house with an amazing garden, hosted by the kindest and most caring host we could have wished for, Luciana. For once, the excellent previous reviews did not disappoint, they are truly well deserved! Even though we arrived very late, Luciana welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home from the very first moment. Local treats and snacks were waiting for us, which was such a lovely gesture. The garden is simply magical. You can see how much love and care Luciana puts into every corner of it. There are so many beautiful places to sit, relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. We only regret that we stayed for just 8 days, we would happily have stayed much longer. The house was perfectly prepared, fully equipped and had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to laundry supplies. It smelled wonderful, every detail was thoughtfully arranged and mosquito screens were installed on all windows and doors. We were travelling with our dog and Luciana had even prepared bowls for him. Such thoughtful gestures mean a lot, especially because it is rare to find hosts who remember that dogs are guests too. For anyone travelling with a dog, the fenced garden was completely secure, which was especially important for us and which gave us great peace of mind. The location is perfect, quiet, close to the beach and an excellent base for exploring the beautiful region of Puglia, including Lecce, Bari, Matera, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Gallipoli, Otranto. What touched us most was Luciana's genuine kindness and hospitality. One day, while we were out, she left us a delicious homemade cake, beautifully wrapped. It was such a thoughtful surprise and a gesture we will remember for a long time. Luciana is a truly kind and warm-hearted person. Thank you, Luciana, for making us feel so welcome. We left with wonderful memories and hope to return one day. Highly recommended!

Positive: Beautiful outdoor space that made our return home after a day of walking so much better. The house was very clean and spacious. Luciana was there waiting for us when we arrived. She had 2 typical pastries from the region for us to try (pasticciotto). She had also bought breakfast pastries, water and juice. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking and a dishwasher! We loved our stay in Lecce and would strongly recommend this home.

Positive: Lovely property very clean had everything you needed and quiet

Positive: We accidentally chose this house. The whole family loved it. The huge kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine. The well-kept garden with a variety of plants is just begging for a photoshoot. A large dining table under a wooden canopy.

Negative: It was quite hot and stuffy, and the only cooling devices were fans designed to resemble air conditioners. In the kitchen, a large ceiling fan did a decent job of cooling. We were also counting on WiFi, which unfortunately was broken.
