POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This luxurious in-town Modern Colonial with pool, is designed for indoor-outdoor living, with lots of room for family fun.
The first floor features a modern layout with open Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area, with multiple seating areas, is framed around a fireplace with French doors on either side that open to pool, patio, and outdoor Living Room. Another set of French doors open to a screened porch.
Two Dining Areas open off the Living Area. There is a more formal space that seats 12, and a casual circular nook, that seats 10. The nicely outfitted Chef Kitchen is steps from the Dining Area. It has commercial stainless appliances, center prep island/breakfast bar, and quartz counters.
There are Bedrooms on both the first and second levels, and all have deluxe en suite baths. The Primary Bedroom features double king beds and Primary Bath with double vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.
There is also a first floor Office/Den with large screen TV and sofa seating, plus above the garage, a TV/Family Room with sofa seating, desk, and large screen TV.
The outdoor spaces all center around a heated 20 by 30-foot charcoal gray gunite pool and bluestone patio. There is a screened porch, outdoor Living Area with pergola, sofas, and fireplace, plus Dining and Grilling areas. There is a backyard for outdoor games.
The bike path is right out the front door, and all of Edgartown Village, with its restaurants, shops, harbor, and beaches, is just a few block walk.
POOL NOTE: Pool is heated to 81 degrees in July and August; heat is included in the rent. There is a surcharge of $350/week in May and October (if the pool is open) and $250/week in June and September.
FIREPLACE NOTE: Only exterior fireplace is for renter use. Interior fireplace is not available.
