Inn at the Finger Lakes  |  Hotel in Auburn

Old buliding and grounds needs to be updated but it is very clean and fresh room. Great housekeeping. Very quite, business trip.

Hotel was ok for price point. No breakfast was offered which was in booking description No exhaust fans in bathrooms Light fixtures in bathrooms need a good cleaning. Room with double beds was large and beds were comfortable

The hotel was older but the room was ok with good beds. The first room had no plug in the sink and the second room could have used some cleaning of the lights above the bathroom sink looked like black mold Inside the fixture and there were no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. The hotel was located close to downtown so you could walk to nice restaurants. Overall the hotel was ok for the price point. No breakfast was available

This hotel is looking tired(cracked, hazardous sidewalks, boarded up window, parking lot potholes etc...). The person checking us in seemed uninterested and provided no welcome, or any indication that she was done checking us in. The room was clean but very small and the a/c made the room feel damp. Not a lot of value here but if you need a place to stay for a night, this place feels safe and adequate. For coffee lovers, there's a DD around the corner (2 min. walk).

Self check in kiosk was a little awkward, but the inn was very comfortable and clean and affordable. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Room was very nice! Really liked the windows seat, not sure if it's a feature in every room, but was by far my favorite. Staff was nice when available. Bathrooms seem a bit outdated, but all in all a nice hotel and nice rooms. Great location for walking around and getting places like Byrne Dairy or Tops grocery store. I liked my stay and experience!

The room was dirty, with crumbs on the bed and on the floor. There was a strong, unpleasant smell. The hotel is poorly maintained. The air in the room was especially bad, as if the AC filter hadn’t been replaced in a long time. We asked to switch rooms, and although the attendant was very kind and gave us clean sheets, there were no other rooms available. It was already after 10 p.m., and we were exhausted — otherwise, we would have gone to another hotel.

Dumpy, not terribly clean hotel. No staff to speak of (other than room cleaners) — we had to check in through an internet kiosk after hours. The smoke detector in our room was 13 years old. Basically meh.

We were in town for a wedding and only stayed one night. The check in was quick and the people were friendly. The elevator was a bit clunky, but the room was clean. We didn't notice any weird or unusual odors. The beds were comfortable. It served us well and we would stay again.

I was very pleased with every part of my stay.
