Lovely safe comfortable B&B situated an 10 minute walk to the beach and a couple of good pubs. Easy to drive to other locations to explore, such as Arlington Court and Exmoor Zoo. The breakfast was really lovely with a selection of cooked, yoghurt, fruit and juice, enough to keep you going past lunch.

You will not find a better place to stay in the area. Everything was well thought out and perfect.

Beautifully kept B&B with an incredible hostess. Nothing was too much. Lovely room, comfy bed, good shower/bath, very dog friendly but kept immaculately. Amazing food & scrummy cake! Thank you Caroline.

Lovely hosts, beautiful location

Very friendly welcome and lovely spacious room. A thermos of fresh milk was ready for us every evening on the reception counter for tea/ coffee in our room the next morning. Breakfast was delicious with excellent selection of fruit, yoghurt, granola and choice of cooked breakfast. The location is excellent too. A short 10 minute walk and you're on the beach at Instow. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

A very warm welcome from Caroline to a beautiful house overlooking the surrounding countryside and near the church. Clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities in the room (plus bonus cake - always welcome!) and a great breakfast selection. It was particularly nice to have the option of pancakes in addition to the usual full English or cereals, pastry and yoghurt. Walking distance to Innstow restaurants.

Such a lovely place! The bedroom was spacious with a wonderfully comfy bed, and in room coffee bags, fresh milk and cake on arrival. Felt very spoilt! And to cap it all, breakfast was absolutely excellent.

Wonderful and imaginative breakfast menu with many options. Lovely setting on a hillside overlooking the valley and just a few minutes from the sand dunes and beaches of the estuary. Very warm welcome from our hosts and can thoroughly recommend to others.

Barton Instow Guest house is a jewel in the crown. A lovely old converted farmhouse nestled in the Instow countryside but only a short walk to the beautiful beach front. The bed was clean and comfortable, towels dressing gowns and toiletries are also provided. Cold milk was available each evening for a morning cuppa in your room before an amazing breakfast choice of delicious food. Packed lunches are available at an additional small cost if you are walking or going to the beach. Caroline and Colin are a lovely couple who run their guest house with pride.
