“Check in was disappointing. It took a long time but, more importantly, I’d requested next door rooms as I was travelling with my elderly mother. These had been requested several months ago and confirmed by the hotel but weren’t available on check in. Everything else was good. Parking at 20€ is too expensive though”

“Positives - clean, new and close to station Could do better - have visited twice recently and asked for a room railway side and not full but both times end ed up on street side dispite request . No milk in room both times ( return to reception) and dirty cups on second visit as well ( returned to reception ) . . So let down by details .”
