Ionia Studios Reviews
Reviewer Type: Couple
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: A bright and spacious apartment with a beautiful balcony and generous storage space — ideal for a comfortable long stay.
Negative: Cleanliness needs serious improvement — there were marks on the toilet, hair from previous guests in the shower, wrinkled bedding that looked used, and a dusty wardrobe. Unfortunately, the owner insisted everything was fine, even though it clearly wasn’t.
Summary: The apartment is decent and comfortable, but cleanliness issues may be a concern.

Positive:
We have two different stays in September, four days each one and we had a wonderful experience both times. Everything was perfect; very large room with good equipped kitchen and a large balcony sea view. The studio and the common areas were perfectly clean and Pavlos, the owner, was kind and friendly, a perfect host. The studio is 50 meters from the beach, with a very near supermarket, a bakery and restaurants. Gavrio is at 5 minutes by car, Batsi at 10. Thanks so much Pavlos, we hope to come again in future.
Negative:
All was perfect.
Summary: A wonderful stay

Positive:
The staff and the location was perfect. Great view also and in a very nice and comfortable location with shops nearbThe Room was quite spacious
Negative:
The bathroom especially the shower was a bit small. The only thing i would appreciate it if it had been more taken care of is the cleanliness of the place. More care when cleaning daily the bathrooms and vacuuming the floors would have been much appreciated.
Summary: Good
