“Staff was really friendly and extremely helpful. Got upgraded to an apartment and it was nice. Only problem was an exit light that could not be turned off and no AC on warm week. But super accommodating and got us a fan. Regularly cleaned the apartment and even remade our beds! Really nice place”

“This could be a beautiful property but we had an apartment on the fourth floor through the alley which was not well maintained and appeared to be under construction. Dinner was outstanding at the restaurant and the room had nice amenities but I hate half glass shower doors where water comes out - who ever thought that was a good idea?”

“We enjoyed the location as it was close to walk to downtown for shopping and great restaurants. Excellent location to the bus station and buses for day trips to Mizen Head, Kinsale as well as other tours”

“This place was perfect for our needs. A three bedroom apartment with a nice kitchen and living space located right in the heart of Cork. Walking distance from everything. There was a bit of a musty smell and some construction going on but nothing major. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. We loved the place and will definitely stay there again.”

“I really like this property. We had a two room apt with kitchen and washer and dryer. It would be great for a stay of longer than 1day. Our only issue was the hot water, there was none! They fixed it but too late for us to enjoy.”
