“Exceptional stay. The staff’s hospitality and friendliness truly stood out. The rooms were spotless and very well equipped, and the team was incredibly prompt in handling all of our requests. To make our stay even more comfortable, they kindly upgraded one of our rooms to a deluxe option at no extra cost so we could be close to our parents.
It was a pleasure staying here, and I have no doubt that I’ll return again. Highly recommended.”

“Great hotel in all aspects. The room and its bathroom good size and clean.
Location is close to osmanbay station and surrounded by nice restaurants and shops.
The staff (all of them) including Dellara and Noor eldeen are very helpful and friendly.
Amazing hospitality while waiting in lobby including tea and turkish coffee.
I will be back to this hotel in my next Istanbul visit. ”
