Positive: A very comfortable stay in a homely environment. Great decor and immaculately clean. Really appreciated the welcoming touch of milk, wine and biscuits. Great location and loved walking on the local common. The shower was huge! Would love to come back in the future.

Super clean and tastefully decorated. Modern and bright. Great outdoor space! Close to great pub and great location for exploring the area, Sandringham, beaches Holcomb Hall.

Nothing not to like! We loved it!

We particularly liked the garden which had some lovely flowers growing and it had a sunny position. We did sit in the garden although we were only there for a short stay.
Also it was very quiet and you wouldn't have known that you were staying behind a pub.
