Basic accommodation: no frills, just a room with a bed and a TV. Communal kitchen. Bathroom is private but down the hall. Very clean and quiet.
Not well enough insolated for noise. Other than that it was fine. Basic and simple. Not truly near downtown, but it shows it on the map so it wasn't misleading.
