Kaizen Gate Hotel Reviews
Summary: We booked the penthouse room, but from the condition of the staircase with its torn and dirty carpets, we immediately knew that this hotel was one we should have avoided. The room was fair but the dust on the headboard and the moldy shower floor made our stay an unpleasant one. It's a pity because with a bit of TLC the hotel could upgrade its image dramatically.
The receptionist was very friendly but the kitchen staff were surly and the breakfast was poor.

Summary: This was one of the best experiences we have had. Zek, the manager, is absolutely amazing and welcoming, so is the staff. You will get there as a guest and leave as friends with them. Can't recommend it enough. We already miss the speedy internet, wonderful & silent environment, awesome breakfast, 5pm tea and our talks with the staff. ❤️

Summary: There are plenty of hotels in this price bracket in the area but it's the little things that make Kaizen Gate stand out - the hammocks in the garden, the music that's played outside, the selection of books available to borrow plus the very friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. The hotel is also in a relaxing mountainous setting.
