Clean well maintained hotel. Superb evening meal. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Nice location within easy safe walk to the beach.
We have made some criticism’s below, but we would like to emphasise that we had a lovely stay and thank the great staff for their enthusiasm and help.
Negative:
Chose this hotel over 2 others in the area because it stated in the hotel description that the pool was open all year. We subsequently received an email with arrival instructions which also stated the pool was open for our use. On arrival the information at the hotel stated the pool was open from May to October - very disappointing having paid for this facility. We were told when we left that the pool could have been opened if we had asked, but it was obvious from the stored building materials and chairs around the area that this was not really an option.
Our patio area was separated from the neighbours by small ‘curtains’. This offered virtually no privacy and we had to prop old pieces of wood from the pool area to stop our dog intruding on other guests balcony areas.
Summary: Lovely Bidart

Positive:
Extremely convenient location for Bidart beach and Biarritz was just a short drive. At the rear of the hotel you find a beautiful walk suitable for dogs even though when we visited in April we could take the dog for a paddle without any restrictions.
A superb minimalist but trendy hotel.
Summary: Trendy with a young minimalist vibe.
