Positive: Great sea view. When the cicadas finally go to sleep, it is so quiet that you can only hear your own breath. A morning or evening shower in the backyard with this beautiful view is indescribable. Finally the nearby beaches and taverns make your stay unforgettable.
If You feel uncomfortable without AC in the room, just sleep outside in the yard to admire the stars and the moon in the night sky.
If there were a small pool in the yard I would feel like in the paradise.
Negative: Would be great to have AC upstairs in both bedrooms and a dishwasher in the kitchen not to do too much during vacations :)
