“The pool was ok but there’s no shower near by the pool to take a shower to avoid dirtying the inside villa.There was a heavy water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom which was a nightmare and it happened very early morning and the water was everywhere in the bedrooms”

“Staff was exceptionally helpful and so kind. We got late checkout… much appreciated. There were some things they didn’t know, like how to find a good driver at a good price; they did find us a driver and we neglected to check prices. Lesson learned! We found another one on an app.; shared his information with the hotel. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, all huge assets. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, including omelets cooked to order, fresh fruit and vegetables, and local dishes. Be aware that there is no fitness center or laundry facilities. Apparently the villas have laundry but it is unclear on the hotels.com site. The spa does not do massage for men, so I waited until we could both get massages elsewhere. Overall, we had a comfortable and relaxing stay. ”

“The swimming pool was very cold, when I informed them, they told me that it has heater, which was closed, then they switch on, but unfortunatly it tooks about 6 hours to be hot, which took all the night to ve hot, so we did not enjoy the swiming pool, they should be open from the biginning”

“Jannah place, one of the best place that i ever booked, rooms are well cleaned and nicely smells, operation team very helpful, private pool is very good , i cant give more coment , but i will share my daughter feedback:
We had an amazing and most brilliant and wonderful time in Janna palace it was so fun to have anew experience in a new place i like it because we had our own pool and it was just amazing.”
