“The location is perfect. Everything is a short walk away. The area is quiet at night. The apartment was exactly like the picture. The bathroom has a nice tub and the shower was hot and had great pressure. Our stay was better than expected. They were very accommodating and communicated with us anytime we needed anything. We were very pleased and will stay here again.”

“We loved our stay. The apartment (downstairs one bedroom "luxury studio") was clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we could need! The washer and dryer were clutch at the end of a long trip. The neighborhood is quiet, yet walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Bram was so accommodating and responsive! “We truly enjoyed our five night stay in Amsterdam! The residence is right on the Keisergracht canal about two blocks from the Anne Frank House. Our bottom floor room was spacious and comfortable. A refrigerator, stove and microwave and dishes were provided for cooking meals. We appreciated the coffee maker and teapot. The bathroom had a nice shower and an enormous bathtub. For us, the washer and dryer right in the room was a great and welcome surprise. We walked to the residence in about 15 minutes from the train station and took easy-to-use trams from the Dom area (about a 10 minute walk) to places we wanted to visit like the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum. We enjoyed breakfast at the Pancake Bakery around the corner. For dinner, we had great burgers and beer at a bar called de Vergulda Gaper, which was also about a block away. Bram, the residence manager, was pleasant and helpful. This was a great place and we would return if we find ourselves in Amsterdam again..”

“Good option to stay in Amsterdam, the apartament is confortable, cozy and provides all the structure needed for a short stay. Bram, the manager, gave us an apartment upgrade and It was awesome ! We stayed on an apartment on the third floor. For those who suffer some disability I recommend the apartments on the floor of the residence.”

“Better than the pictures. We had the basement. Huge bathroom. Comfy bed. Spacious kitchen/lounge for 2 people- perfect. Location fab. We stayed in a nice hotel on a previous visit but much preferred this location and accommodation. A nice 10 minute stroll into centre. Just around the corner from Anne Franks house.”
