Kemeni Garden | House in Mtsvane Kontskhi, Adjara

Positive: Lovely host, nice area for cooking and eating

Negative: It rained all the time (not the property’s fault!)

Positive: Everything was great, comfortable, amazing view, good host, good part of town - I loved it. Especially for the value

Negative: There was nothing I didn't like

Positive: Nice views from the mountains 🏔️ to the Black Sea

Positive: Wonderful and cozy place to stay in Batumi! The accommodation is very comfortable in a quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by lush gardens and sea view. It is walking distance from a beach and a bus stop that takes you to the center of Batumi. I would say it’s the perfect place to stay when you are in Batumi- beautiful, cozy, green and quiet, would definitely stay again!

Positive: The beach is just a short walk, just like the main street that takes you to Batumi, however, the place is relaxing and quiet. The garden is beautiful with blooming flowers. There's a terrace in the garden with kitchen and kitchen facilities where you can cook, eat and enjoy the sea view and the sunset. The botanical garden is also close to the place which was the highlight of our stay.

Negative: The beach is pebbly, just like everywhere in Batumi, so it doesn't make any difference. 🙂

Positive: Close to the beach

Negative: Style

Positive: The location. Niño is very helpful and welcoming.

Positive: This guesthouse, with its romantic pink exterior, captured my heart at first sight. Batumi is a beautiful and lovely city, but after experiencing a car accident, I could not enjoy it—it felt only confusing and overwhelming to me. While driving at night, I failed to notice the narrowing road, hit the curb, and my car tire burst. I was left wondering whether I should cancel the rest of my trip—three more days—and return to Tbilisi. However, the considerate and attentive host, Nina, kindly stepped in to help us resolve the issue so that we could continue our journey. Despite the rainy and unpleasant weather, she drove to call a mechanic who repaired our car. I had told her that I would stay one more night (thinking my plans would be canceled), but since the problem was solved quickly, I said I would leave. Still, out of fairness, I tried to pay for the extra night, but she firmly refused. She is truly a thoughtful and warmhearted person. Batumi is big, beautiful, and glamorous, but for me, Nina’s kindness will be the deeper and longer-lasting memory than any charm of the city itself. Once again, I send my gratitude, and I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Batumi.

Negative: Thank you a lot

Positive: It's a very clean, cosy, comfortable room with necessary facilities. Great location, very close to bus stop, and very easy to reach Batumi in a very short time. Great host Nino. She is so attentive and always ready to help.

Negative: The only thing is - a little bit noisy, because of the road, but for us it wasn't a problem at all.
