Knights Inn Centerville | Hotel in Centerville

Facility is in major need of renovations and updates. Linen had cigarette burns and stains. Bathroom lighting was horrible. Basic housekeeping was not performed during out stay we were left with the same bathroom linen all weekend. There were visible holes and cracked fixed and others like in the shower wall that were not repaired. Due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom there was mold building up in the shower handle. The staff was not very friendly, but polite despite only addressing males. The breakfast provided was a box of individually wrapped pastries and no accommodations for someone with food allergies their solution was bring your own. We were very disappointed in the facility and the conditions as the pictures and information are very misleading.

It was very old and needs some updating. It wasn’t all that clean. Breakfast was coffee, tea and danish. No juice no muffins I was a little disappointed in breakfast. The owner was extremely helpful and sweet.

We stayed her for a night to avoid the traffic in the way to Ptown. The guy who runs it is very nice. It’s …. Like a motel from a 1979 movie. If you accept that, it’s fine.

The owner (man) was very rude and unpersonable. I had a problem with my reservation (my mistake) and he was unwilling to work with me for a resolution. He was very rude. Other owner (His wife) stepped in and helped to resolve our issue. She was very nice and very accommodating. The room was quite outdated but overall clean. The door where the lock assembly and latch were was broken. When I pointed out it to the man he argued with me. I pointed out out to the woman and she thanked me for making her aware. We realized once we were settled in that the door itself was cracked and off-center causing it to be very difficult to open. The man blamed it on wood swelling. I would add photos but the app is not cooperating.

It was an average motel showing it's age and wear and it was a bit out of the main track.The owner was friendly and helpful.

We loved the comfort of the king sized bed. We loved the price and the friendly owner.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient from the highway but traffic noise was not a problem. Checkin and checkout was easy. Although the property is dated, it is well kept up.

Great price for the area. Very nice local inn with friendly and caring staff. Only about a 15 minute drive to Main Street Hyannis and close to beaches. Quiet area and conveniently located near the highway.

I love the look of the property.
