Summary: The staff were excellent, very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The pool was a great, very well maintained. The WiFi was terrible. Could not get it to connect to our room and the tv froze a lot. Those were the only 2 negatives, everything else was perfect for our stay.

Summary: Front desk was very attentive, anything I needed was available promptly! Pool was nice temperature, rooms stocked Efficiently. We will definitely book again for a weekend trip with our family.

Summary: We paid extra to have an ADA room because there is no elevator for the upper floors. I would say it is a good price for rooms. I would bring an extra fan the rooms are pretty warm. Also the bathroom had no exhaust so it gets warm as well; hard to get ready if more than 1 person needs to shower. Parking is included and spaces are close to the units. No hair dryer. Complimentary ice: you need to request at the front desk and they give a small baggie. We stayed 3 days. It was ok for that amount of time but for longer stays I would stay somewhere else.

Summary: We love the Kokomo the staff is super great! Helping us with our luggage was appreciated! HOWEVER tv and wifi are the worst in OC! Tv didn’t work and the front desk guy was SUPER HELPFUL but could not get the tv working either. This situation needs resolved or we will not stay again. Wifi barely works either.

Summary: Just make sure you come on time not early. Can't get in room till 4:00 check in time. But they will let you in early if you pay an additional 15.00

Summary: The hotel was okay. There is a diner attached the the property which is nice for a quick breakfast in the morning, the walk to the beach is very close, there’s a good amount of parking and the pool is big. Every room has a balcony, and they all face the pool. Overall though, the building is old… the air conditioners leak big puddles all over the corridors, the staircase up to the second floor was sooooo steep and difficult to walk up (especially the one closest to the diner!). I wouldn’t describe the room as bad, but the shower has no shelf to set soap or shampoo on, the door to the balcony had no lock and also had a hole at the bottom allowing light and the occasional fly to come through, our deadbolt lock on the front door did not work, the pillowcases were so thin you could see the tags through them… the hotel didn’t have ice buckets or ice machines. At one point when we were in the lobby another guest asked for extra blankets and pillows and the front desk staff said they did not have any, which I thought was unusual. Overall it was just okay. Not the worst but certainly not the best either.
Children are welcome. rollaway/extra beds are not available. cribs (infant beds) are not available.
