“What an ordeal getting in! I didn't realise in the fine print that the key isn't at this "hotel". You have to cross town (1 hour round trip) and enter a door key code (took 8 attempts to open, because the lock is hard to use) to get into an unmanned room. Enter another key code to a key box. Then trek back. Why not have the key box near the property?!”
