Positive: Eu amei tudo em Especial o por do sol incrivel , nosso quarto fizemos upgrade para a nova opcao recem feita e reformada e apaixonei, chale maravilhosa tudo muito organizada, banheiro fica no meio das colinas com cenario lindissimo , os Staffs super queridos e atenciosos e o Dono e sua Cunhada Urska sao super queridos nos deram todo suporte do inicio da nossa estadia ate o fim , organizaram tambem o Tour de catamaram de Tsarabanjina e nosy Tanikely que foi expetacular adoramos e o de Nosy Iranja que foi surreal .

It is a very well run lodge with a relaxed atmosphere and they offer lots of options to suit your preferences and requirements. Arranging excursions and transfers was very easy. Everything was just fantastic.

Open spaces in the lodges… one night i heard noise in my room i was very much scared. The beach had always local people passing by as it was a usual way for them to walk by.

A magical place, worth every the journey to get there! A beautiful hotel, peaceful and tucked away, inviting to truly disconnect! The sea-view bungalow, was perfect, simple but inviting and drawing one’s attention to the splendor of the natural surroundings. I enjoyed my own outdoor washroom with a private patio and little garden, overlooking the ocean. The staff went beyond any expectations to make my stay a true peaceful retreat. A delicious buffet breakfast, delicious snacks throughout the day, 3 course dinners catered to your preference (homemade ice cream, lots of fish and seafood). The owner Spela, is wonderful and went above and beyond, setting up excursions and helping me out with any problems. This is an amazing place, I recommend it to anyone. I wish I could go back every year.

The place is charming, lovely garden, very nice staff, the owner is very friendly, the welcome and goodbye ceremony is amazing and touching, the kindness of the people is heart warming, the breakfast buffet was good and lot of choice. But try to book the front bungalow it makes a huge difference
Negative:
Unfortunately we had the room at the back next to the restaurant and we could hear the staff talking loud while passing behind the bungalow. The solar panels are too weak, as there was no hot water for the shower and the fan was out at 1 am so it was quite hot in the room. We were disappointed not to have more seafood (I ordered pasta with prawns, that were tiny, I was expecting big prawns or gambas even if I had to pay more. I think the price of the food was too high for what they serve (euro 125,-/day per pers for half board)

this place was something out of a dream, such a beautiful location and very quiet for anyone looking to disconnect. the hotel managers were lovely and made my stay very comfortable, would highly recommend!
Negative:
the only thing i would’ve changed is flexibility of food options and having a variety to choose from, even just as a snack menu to order a la carte if i’m not hungry enough for a full meal (but I understand this could be challenging since the location is very remote). other than that, perfect!

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful new small hotel, nestled like a botanical garden between the ocean and the forest. It’s lovingly built and run by a fantastic family, and from the very first moment you feel completely at home in this vibrant natural paradise.
On Nosy Komba there are no cars or tuc-tuc, just peace and quiet. The bungalows are spotlessly clean, with a modern design that blends local materials and thoughtful details. The food is fresh, local, and absolutely delicious, and the service couldn’t be better.
A heartfelt thank you to Spela, her husband Borut, and their daughter for their warmth, availability, and wonderful recommendations. Their dedication and passion for bringing their dream to life shines through in every detail.
