Escape to our secluded waterfront cottagelocated on a private peninsula and create memories that will last a lifetime. With six spacious bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the main area, our cottage comfortably sleeps up to 14 people. Nestled in the beautiful Kawartha Lakes region and just a two-hour drive from Toronto, it's the perfect destination for a family vacation or a getaway with friends.

The cottage is situated on a private peninsula-like spot surrounded by crown land, ensuring complete privacy and seclusion. You won't even see your neighbors! Inside, the cottage is fully renovated with new flooring, a new kitchen, and new bathrooms for a warm and comfortable stay. The wood stove adds to the cozy atmosphere and provides the perfect backdrop for relaxing and watching the stunning lake through the huge windows.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy both inside and outside the cottage, no matter the season. In the winter, hit the slopes at Sir Sam's ski resort, located just 25 minutes away. Or, try snowshoeing on the frozen lake, go ice fishing, or explore the snowmobile trails.

During the summer months, enjoy the lake with kayaks, paddleboards, lily pads, floaties, and pool noodles available for your use. There are a few shallow entrances for kids to safely access the water, and a private boat launcher on the property with a large dock. Life jackets are provided for both adults and children. Additionally, there's a sandy area with sand toys for kids, a swing, hammock, and fire pit for bonfires.

The lake is deep enough for motor boats and great for fishing, but there are also a couple of shallow entry spots around the cottage. There are great trails and bike routes in the surrounding area, and the property is spacious with plenty of room for kids to run around. Inside, enjoy playing ping pong or foosball, or cozy up with a book or board game in the game room. The cottage is equipped with all the essentials, including towels, bedding, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent.

Haliburton, just 8km away, has everything you might need, including a food store, great coffee shops and restaurants, electronics store, home and hardware store, and a great town to stroll by the lake.
