Summary: Great place to stay, Lily the property manager is amazing, very helpful and accommodating. 1 bdrm apt is spacious and comfortable, nice pool area excellent Wi-Fi, easy parking. Rental car is a must.

Summary: Kudawecha apartments, was well located between O'stad and Noord. A quiet and relaxing location after a busy day of routing around the lovely Island of Aruba. The staff was very pleasant and on point with communicating the necessary information with regards to our accommodation. We had a late arrival check in and the staff was readily available to welcome us on the propert, we felt quit satisfied. The apartment was nice and comfortable. We definitely recommend staying for traveling on a budget and feeling at home away from home with an accomodating kitchen. We enjoyed our stay at Kudawecha.

Summary: I found the staff extremely friendly and honest and very helpfull. Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was a bit tired but was usable.
Only issue i had mostly because i was unfamiliar with the area was i needed to rent a car to be able to get to the beach and shopping and dining areas. I would definitely stay there again very affordable and a way better property than i expected booking it.

Summary: Coffeemaker had old/dried up coffee in coffeepot, and old moldy coffee in brew basket. Bed was comfotable.

Summary: The manager was great and immediately responsive via email or whatsapp. The place is centrally located, which is perfect if you have a car, and it's a great value and bargain with everything you need. Would gladly stay here again!
