Positive:
the location was ok and the bed was comfortable, the electric fan was provided, the apartment was very clean, Wi-Fi was very good
Negative:
The room was overheated, no AC, only electric fan, the kitchen annex does not have a hob, only tiny microwave oven, refrigerator does not have enough ventilation space and emits lots of heat - anything left on the kitchen counter becomes hot (not warm, truly hot). The contact with the owner was very poor. The day before arrival I asked for an info how to collect the key - no answer. On the day of arrival I wrote that I am sorry that my messages are left without any answer and that I will complain to booking.com because I paid in advance and I am not sure if my booking is secured. Only then the owner responded that they will send an info an hour before check-in. I had troubles to allocate the key lockers because there are 2 entrances to the building and I had to ask some people. In the night there were some teenagers talking and drinking beer right in front of my window (literary 1 meter!) on the ground floor, so I could not open the window fully. Luckily this was only for one night. I also requested an invoice, already twice - no response, no invoice. Very disappointing. If you take money from people paying for accommodation, you should at least respect them a little. For the price I would expect better service and I will not recommend this facility to anyone.
Summary: The owner did not issue invoice even though I asked twice!
