Positive: Absolutely fantastic stay. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, but the real highlight was the phenomenal sea view from the terrace, genuinely breathtaking, plus the free parking place in front of the building. Everything exceeded our expectations.
We especially recommend it to anyone who prefers a quieter location away from the busiest tourist areas, while still being close to Santa Cruz and perfectly placed for exploring the north and east of the island.

Very, very clean apartment! All kitchen important kitchen utensils were there. Great view, quiet area, washing machine, drying rack and dishwasher. Such amazing air flow, clothes on the drying rack were completely dry after just a couple hours. Communication was excellent, everything was exactly as described. Because of a change of flights, our stay was extended by one day, and they did everything to accommodate our reservation change.
Negative:
There's nothing we didn't like about it, and that's rare!
Summary: This place lives up to its description. Very well maintained, perfectly clean and amazing view!

The highway is very close, busy all day and night, which makes the apartment very noisy.
